Tommy Chong Returns To Canada With Tommy’s Craft Cannabis

TOMMYS-CRAFT-CANNABIS

Sept 21, 2021 Calgary, Alberta — Today marks the official launch of Tommy’s Craft Cannabis, a new
recreational cannabis brand curated by cannabis icon and Canadian-born Tommy Chong. Part
of RGB Group Inc., this new brand invites Canadian consumers to Get Legendary, offering
craft-designated dried flower and full flower pre-roll products beginning in Alberta, Ontario, and
Saskatchewan in October 2021.

Led by Josh Wong and David Epp, two of Tommy Chong’s nephews, Tommy’s Craft Cannabis
holds a partnership with Candre Cannabis, an innovative indoor craft cannabis production and
processing facility in Sundre, Alberta. Dosi Punch, Cherry ‘47, and GGGrapestomper are their
first three strains to market; celebrated legacy strains with high THC and terpenes.

“We spent years preparing for this launch, waiting for the right cultivation partners who could
offer unique legacy genetics and old school processes that met Tommy’s standards,” says
co-owner and president Josh Wong. “We’re delighted to be the first brand in Canada to offer a
craft product from someone as experienced and respected as Tommy.”

Unlike most cannabis products currently available in Canada, Tommy’s minimalist and
eco-friendly packaging is reusable and biodegradable, satisfying consumer calls for limiting
single-use plastics in the industry. And in a bid to increase product transparency, terpenes and
minor cannabinoids – like CBG and CBN – will also be listed on the package with detailed COAs
available to download on their website tommyscraft.com.
